The Pink Dishrack
“The Pink Dishrack” is a romantic floating Vacation Cottage with a spectacular view of the Marina and Harbour. You can sit on the front porch and enjoy the ambiance of the harbour or come inside to relaxing comfort.
The Schoolhouse
This historic school building is now a floating oasis for your relaxation. Queen sized bed in a separate bedroom, spacious bathroom, cozy living area and full kitchen makes this cottage spacious and comfortable for your stay. Bringing kids? There is a pull out couch in the living room for additional guests. There is even an in-unit washer and dryer.
The Admiral’s Boathouse
The “Admiral’s Boathouse” is a sophisticated floating cottage with the timeless charm of the best of Canadian cottage life. With a warm wood interior this cottage has a studio apartment with the bed and living area combined but it is spacious. The is our largest floating cottage. Full separate kitchen, full separate bathroom and a covered deck from which to view the exciting activity of Victoria Harbour.
Serviced by the jaunty Victoria Harbour Ferries there is no need to worry about parking, the regular ferry service will drop you off right in the city core.
If walking is what you like then you can stroll to the city via the lovely Westsong Walkway, a boardwalk along the harbours edge that leads straight to downtown.

Directions from Swartz Bay
From the ferry terminal at Swartz Bay (The Victoria Side) follow highway 17 into downtown Victoria. Turn right on Pandora. Go across Johnson St. Bridge, you are now on Esquimalt Rd. Follow Esquimalt to Head St. Turn left onto Head St., follow it down the hill. At the bottom the street curves to the right but turn left here as Head Street continues along the waterfront.
Directions from the Coho Ferry
Turn left onto Bellville when leaving the terminal. Turn left onto Government St. Follow the road left along the waterfront where it splits, you are now on Wharf St. Turn left and go across the Johnson St. Bridge, you are now on Esquimalt Rd. Follow Esquimalt to Head St. Turn left onto Head St., follow it down the hill. At the bottom the street curves to the right but turn left here as Head Street continues along the waterfront. Turn left here and our entrance and parking is half a block down on the left hand side.
Directions from up Island (Nanaimo)
On the approach to Victoria city limits turn right off Highway 1 onto Admirals Rd. Follow Admirals Rd, cross Esquimalt Rd. to the next stop sign which is Lyall St. Turn left onto Lyall St. and follow to the end of Lyall where it meets Head St. Our entrance and parking lot is to your left.
